I'm Rubina Gogna, a 2025 Canadian Choice Award winning coach, educator, and content creator with a BA and MA in Clinical and Counselling Psychology and over a decade of experience in the mental health field. With over 215,000 followers on TikTok, 20,000 on Instagram, and having seen thousands of clients through my practice, I help people move from stuck to clear, from burnt out to steady, and from surviving to actually living. Get Clear on Where You Are
Your first session is about honest assessment. We'll look at what's keeping you stuck, whether that's burnout, anxiety, self doubt, or simply feeling disconnected from who you want to be. We'll map out your patterns, identify what's been running on autopilot, and set a clear direction for our work together. If I believe you'd be better served by therapy, I'll be upfront about that.
Build Your Toolkit
Each session is a blend of conversation, strategy, and practical tools. We'll work on acceptance, of where you are, not where you think you should be. Commitment, to the actions that actually move the needle. And body awareness, because your nervous system is running the show more than you think. You'll leave every session with something concrete to practise, not just something to think about.

Because coaching is not a regulated health service, I'm able to work with clients anywhere in the world. Whether you're in London, Dubai, Sydney, or right here in Toronto, if you have a stable internet connection and a private space, we can work together.
All sessions are conducted virtually via secure video call. I'm based in Eastern Time (EST/EDT), but I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate international time zones. Many of my online community are already global, coaching is how I'm making this work available one on one to people everywhere.

Coaching is not therapy. We don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, process specific traumatic memories, create clinical treatment plans, or maintain medical records. Coaching is a growth focused, skill building partnership, not a regulated health service. If at any point I believe you'd be better served by therapy, I'll be honest about that.
My content is designed to educate and validate, it helps you understand the "why" behind what you're experiencing. Coaching is where we apply that knowledge directly to your life. Instead of general education, we look at YOUR specific patterns, build a toolkit tailored to YOUR situation, and work through the things that are keeping YOU stuck. It's the difference between learning about something and actually doing the work with someone in your corner.
Yes, clients who book the 6 session package receive a copy of my workbook, "The Body Already Knows." It includes self assessments, guided exercises, tracking tools, and quick reference protocols that complement our coaching work. It's designed to support you between sessions and long after our work together ends.
Most clients choose biweekly sessions, which gives enough time to practise tools and notice shifts between sessions. Weekly sessions are available if you prefer a more intensive pace. We'll discuss what fits your life during your first session.
No. Coaching is not a regulated health service and is not covered by insurance, employee benefits, or assistance programs. If you require insurance covered mental health support, a licensed therapist in your area would be the better path.
Absolutely. Because coaching is not a regulated health service, there are no geographic restrictions. I work with clients worldwide via secure video call, the UK, US, Australia, Middle East, Europe, and beyond. All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space. Coaching packages are non refundable once purchased, so please ensure you're committed to the process before booking.
